Volley for the Cure raises over $800 for breast cancer research

The Scioto Girls’ Volleyball annual Volley for the Cure night was held on October 1 during their match against Westerville South High School. The team raised more than $800 to donate to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation through t-shirt sales, 50/50 raffle and bake sale. In Susan G. Komen’s 31-year history, they have funded more than $847 million in breast cancer research.
